Bentley Court Care Home with nursing is a purpose-built 77-bed care home situated in a residential area of Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. Here, we specialise in nursing care, residential care and dementia nursing care including Alzheimer’s care. 

Our person-centred approach means we focus our care on the individual needs of each resident, providing close monitoring and support without taking away their independence and dignity. For us, comfort and compassion are key so your loved one feels completely relaxed in their home away from home.

Susan Shelley is the Registered Manager at Bentley Court, working alongside an experienced team of carers and nurses completely dedicated to their profession. In addition to elderly care and end of life/palliative care, we also provide respite care for those looking after a family member or friend, so they can take a break while their loved one continues to receive the care they need in a safe setting. Our close working relationships with local medical professionals means our residents can also have their own GP if required.

Accommodation for our residents is provided in single en-suite rooms that are arranged over two floors, along with communal areas including two dining rooms, two lounges on each floor and a salon for a visiting hairdresser. Our in-house chef creates a variety of fresh home-cooked meals using locally produced ingredients, catering to the needs of our residents. 

Our activities coordinator plans an events schedule to encourage socialisation amongst residents and improve their personal wellbeing. Where COVID-19 restrictions allow, residents can go on regular trips to local shops, garden centres, the local park and places further afield in line with the official guidelines.

Bentley Court features an enclosed garden where residents can get together and relax, along with a beautiful patio garden where they can enjoy their peaceful surroundings. Our care home also offers Wi-Fi access and phone points in rooms, and is located close to public transport links for easy access from visiting family and friends.

Our fees vary across each home and are based on an assessment of the individual care needs. Some residents may be eligible for financial help towards the cost of care; this is determined on an individual basis. Our Home Managers will be able to discuss these matters further with you.
