Activities Coordinator

Derwent Lodge Nursing home, located in Feltham within walking distance to Feltham Station provides residential care for up to 65 residents.

We are looking to recruit an additional wellbeing coordinator to join out team.

If you are a dynamic, keen and driven individual who will work as part of a team to promote the day to day wellbeing and activities in a care home we want to hear from you.

You will be required to support and implement meaningful activities in both group and 1-1 sessions and record outcomes and ongoing interventions
