We are looking for RGN x 2 to join our team at Ashwood Care Centre – 48 hourse per week – shift pattern.

Ahwood Care Centre has 70 beds and caters for the elderly, providing specialist care for those with dementia, Alzheimer’s and disabilities or for those who require end of life care.

Job purpose is to achieve the highest possible standard of care through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members.

We are looking for:

• 1st/2nd level nurse
• Team player
• Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the PoVA list
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Previous supervisory experienced and Experience/qualification in care for relevant Service User category desired

Duties include:

Ensure that all Staff Members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Care Centre and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the Service Users. Duties may include acting up for the Deputy Home Manager and/or Home Manager in their absence.

General: Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations, Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to you
